shareIt looks like you can set up a default home page with links to just the shows you want to follow, which would be a great feature. I don't see the ability to respond to an individual post, though. It looks like they all just follow one after the other. However, it is the best one I've seen.

shareMaybe this will be better when it gets more content, but right now it is clunky to use the search feature, it just gives you a page full of fields to fill out. I guess I'll keep watching to see if people migrate to that site.

shareI hear you. I signed an online petition, but it doesn't even have 10,000 signatures. If they have 10 million on Facebook or Twitter I guess I can understand it even if I don't like it. What really irks me is their attempt to blame rude behavior. Facebook and Twitter are far worse, I don't think there is any filter at all on those. I try not to read too many of those comments, they usually just piss me off. The level of stupidity and coarseness is mind boggling sometimes. That is why I prefer these boards, warts and all. The level of commentary and discussion is, in general, much better.
shareI don't know about Facebook, but they have 3 Twitter accounts with a total of 3 million followers. They also have an Instagram account which I do follow - there's hardly anything on there. I don't think trolls are the reason they did this. IMDb is planning something else. They said that in the announcement.
