List of every movie to be shown?

Is there one anywhere?

Where in the world did you find that list? And if it's real, I'm disappointed that she's not straying from really bad, horribly overexposed public-domain territory at all.

I imagine rights issues severely limit her choice of movies to the public domain 50s and 60s titles. Even many of the movies she showed in the 80s (MARK OF THE DEVIL, BLOOD BATH, PIGS, TOMBS OF THE BLIND DEAD) now have official DVD releases with someone presumably holding the rights. Since she's doing this version of "Movie Macabre" with no funds other than her own, she really has no choice but to stick to those titles that are strictly PD. Plus, in interviews she always says that the movies from that era are her personal favorites.

I don't really mind that she's only showing these old movies. I actually haven't seen a lot of them and I'd rather do it with Elvira popping up to make funny comments every few minutes. On the other hand, it was great to discover movies outside the typical 50s/60s sci-fi/horror genre. It would be great if she could re-visit titles from the old show that *haven't* ever made it to DVD for whatever reason (e.g. NEW YEAR'S EVIL, THE GODSEND, JENNIFER THE SNAKE GODDESS, THE MEATEATER.)

She should move it to the web and do something like Nostalgia Critic has. I think it would be cheaper for her.

Looking forward to seeing Manos, the Hands of Fate! Has everyone here already watched this very popular all time worst flick? Will it really be the season finale?

OK. After great hunting around I found this page online, which does appear to list all 26 episodes that are set to air in this first season:

Hopefully the show will be recycling out of rerun mode soon, as there have been a number of them in a row now.

The show has been great to this point. Like everyone, a part of me would like to see more interesting movies shown, but the bottom line is that she's dealing with public domain stuff only, so it is what it is. Frankly, I'm just ecstatic that she's back at all; she could basically show whatever she wants and I'm there.

I think the only episode i missed was the Christmas episode, which is a bummer, as they probably won't replay that one any time soon.

Elvira rocks!

i'm with the former poster here, she could host anything and i'm fine with it, reading these comments made me recall i actually thought it would make sense in the 21st century that she would host later movies than the 1950's flicks she hosted in the 1980's, but am i glad she stuck with these flicks, the earlier flicks are the coolest, the actors, the way people talked... come to think of it she actually hosted more modern movies in the 1980's i think, and those must have been pretty new back then, some features are the same shown in the 1980's version of movie macabre as well as the midnight madness collection and the 2004 dvd releases "horror classics". unfortunately i was never able to access "13 nights of elvira". i must aware every animal lover though, manos, the hands of fate, is quite off putting if i recall right. well the christmas episode has become a holiday viewing tradition for me on the movie macabre dvd releases, and of course "night of the living dead" (1968) is an obvious pick on halloween.

lip service and greed brought out an extreme day,
im turning my back on today,
going to live in the past in a more innocent time.
