In the "This season on Top Chef Just Desserts", they showed clips, and one of them showed just six people standing behind the table so you know who the last six contestants are. I'm not going to spoil anyone, but seriously how could they *beep* up so badly?

shareI've rewatched the episode and indeed they've shown the last 6 remaining contestants. Unfortunately some who I've thought have a high chance to win are not there.
They couldn't be the bottom group/groups of a group challenge, because if you watched enough episodes of Top Chef you know they always stand together behind the table at the beginning or at the end of a challenge if they held it inside the studio kitchen. The clip they've shown is after a quickfire challenge, because there are empty dessert glasses and other used ingredients and tools on the tables.
The person who's done the editing really screwed up.
I watched the episode again and I totally agree. Editor should be fired lol
shareThose aren't the final six. Those six just happen to be in the shot. In the next two shots the chefs are standing in different positions and chefs that weren't in the first shot can be seen in the other two shots.
