Kyle and Kim's relationship

I have a hard time believing Kyle's concerns for Kim are genuine. Who can forget the way she treated her sister in S1 of RHoBH? She also allowed Taylor to treat Kim terribly. I think the Kyle we've seen since is a PR creation. There's a reason Kathy takes Kim's side.
