Sorry pal, no idea. Look on the bright side though, at least you will be getting to see it.

The chances of it coming out here in the UK on the big screen are somewhere between nil and zero. Maybe even less than that!

Christ, we'll be lucky to get a DVD release any time next year here! Us drag racing fans in the UK are pretty bloody small in numbers to say the least and the story of Dom and Tom is practically unheard of here, even amongst all but the most fanatical fans of the sport.

I'll be keeping a keen eye out for it, but I suspect that here the number of other people doing so, it would be lucky to even get into 4 figure DVD sales.

It's a weird thing indeed, since us Brits do love our motorsport. Drag racing though never really took off here. Try as I might, I just can't seem to convince any of my motorsport fan friends to join me in my annual trip to Santa Pod (the UK's main drag strip). They don't understand that there is so much skill to it than just giving it a boot full down a short, straight track. Talk of staging, holds, reaction times, E.T times, break outs, top fuel, pro stock etc, etc are just met with blank stares.

So looking forward to this movie will it be released in Australia ?

My guess is that it will end up on ESPN's E:60 program. But hopefully I am wrong and it will see a wide release.

I saw it this week on cable. It had a real TV MOVIE FEEL.

Apparently it is playing in my hometown of Bakersfield as I just heard a radio spot for it playing at the local theater. I had never heard of this movie before 5 minutes ago. Anyone see it yet? any good? Have to say the radio spot sounded more like one for the Monster truck shows than a movie promo!

It's been playing in St. Louis, Missouri at one theater since the 27th of September. According to what I am seeing, it is still showing. I may go see it this weekend.
