Has CN passed its time?

Does anyone here think that CN is dying.I mean it does seem like they are running out of ideas. The last great and original show from the "old skool" CN was ed edd n eddy which was sadly ended. It seems that adult swim is the only thing worth watching on this channel.MAD is really the only decent show(Regular show, the problem solvers are garbage) and toonami has been cancelled. Is CN dead? 2/28/10 The day skynet attacked playstation Resident evil 1.5=Gem of all prototypes

"MAD is really the only decent show"

So many things wrong with that...

I actually think, with the exception of Problem Solverz, which is painful to watch, CN has gained my interest back again. I like Adventure Time, Regular Show and MAD. Gumball too(it reminds me of Chowder, which paired with Flapjack, wasn't a bad duo). Sure beats Johnny Test. Looney Toon Show, from what I caught, is annoyingly bad, too. Gimme any of the old Looney Toons, the old Tom & Jerry, Popeye, Quickdraw, Yogi and such, but having Daffy and Bugs paired together as the Odd Couple, pass! Not to mention that some of the voices are horrid(Speedy Gonzales sounds TERRIBLE!).

CN has passed it's prime, sure, and I think what makes it more apparent is the inclusion of non-toon programs(CN Reality...urgh), but you have to admit, out of all the children television channels, CN hasn't fallen THAT FAR from grace like Nickelodeon and Disney Channel. Those two are almost unrecognizable to the greatness they used to be. Same for MTV and VH1, which I could only explain, would be the equivalent if Cartoon Network showed NOTHING by reality programming, it would then be comparible to MTV and VH1. The famous joke usually goes like, "Hey, remember when MTV used to be about...MUSIC TELEVISION and VH1 used to show VIDEOS?!"(because MTV stands for Music Television and VH1 stands for Video Hits 1). Imagine if Cartoon Network showed NO cartoons. Luckily, CN hasn't fallen THAT much.

My kids watch Cartoon Network more then Nick and Disney channel...Adventure Time & Gumball seem to be their favorites, they also watch Regular Show which I personally find HILARIOUS! Other then these 3 and the DC Nation shows, the channel is an epic FAIL, and its obvious given they are LAST among the kiddie networks...

Cartoon Network is trying its hardest to compete, but the shows they keep coming up with...ugh! Mad being one of the WORST! I grew up & still have a massive collection of Mad magazines....this show SUCKS in comparison PERIOD!!!!
