shareI just found out about this. I have about 10 websites . I can open a message board on one of my if people are intereste.
I think many of the news websites should close their message boards because it's has led to people connecting and finding ways to bring hatred to the country in ways they were unable to before. If you read any news and go to the comment they are always negative. But people genuinely enjoyed talking about movies on IMDb and I've never seen a troll problem so ridiculous that they had to shut down. I'm shocked and disappointed. But like I said I can easily open a place for people to talk about the show.

Law and order Svu is so weird it's like nothing but complaining.
I actually think most shows with a majority white cast the people are annoying and racist. Go on survivor board or big brother and it's nothing but complaining about any Black person on there. Even on the show "this is us" board it's nothing but complaining about the one black dude on the show. They rarely show his story
anyway why complain??? Never seen so many people that don't like seeing any Black folks in my life and I'm from the rural south. The constant get this Black person off my screen thing that goes on, on IMDb bothers me so most times I stay on boards were it's a mainly Black cast.
I been a member of Imdb since 2002. It's the only place I discuss movies and TV shows. Lately I have lurk more than give feedback but I read every post on Love and hip hop and get good laughs on here. Rotten tomatoes is so dead but that's an option I guess if people flock there. Twitter and fb is only good for comments not open conversation so Imdb is silly to even recommend that. Like every site even social media trolls can be blocked or ignored. I don't think it have anything to do with trolls. I think they are forcing people to use Facebook, Twitter etc. It's all about money.

I just saw this. The website is all about the message board without it this site is nothing. I doubt people will come on Imdb. I don't do social media as well. I have to find another message board or forum like this.

They never said it was because of trolls, they're saying not many people use it. On another board someone posted that it's because imdb can't monetize the boards so they're getting rid of them. The person who wrote it was a previous employer of imdb.
