Message board at the beginning had a story about a teacher

SPOILERS

At the beginning of the movie, after Washington has had the seizure, and when he apparently wakes up in his apartment, there are clippings on the wall.

This is before he is assigned the Anna Greene case, and one of the stories is about his agency supposedly playing a role in the case of a teacher accused of sleeping with a student.

Is this a clue that the whole of the movie, after the first scene, just takes place within Washington's mind while he is having the seizure?
