As a guy who lives in Tangier, the Lebanese singer struck me as unrealistic

I love this movie, I highly regard Jim's body of work and his admiration for Tangier. But we do not have oriental singers performing in ancient coffeeshops. That scene irked me so much but it did not take away from my love for this movie.
