i have watched this movie now for the past 3 years at Xmas. I think it's a nice movie-yes, a little cheesy, but heart warming. However, every time I watch it I am disappointed in the actor playing Santa. He looks great, but his acting is just dreadful especially in the beginning scenes. Wish they had found a better actor.

True, but it may be because he's the real Santa Claus and not an actor. His bio shows that he's been in three movies and Santa is the only role he's played. 😉

Sorbo isn't exactly an oscar caliber actor himself either, All the acting sucks in this movie.
