Requiem for a Dream
In the reptile episode (the one with the guy with numerous lizards, and the woman who was bitten by the venemous snake), there was notable use of quick cuts to flowing blood and pill popping. I only mention this because the style was almost exactly the same in the movies "Requiem for a Dream" and "Pi" (both directed by Darren Aronofsky).
Did anyone else notice this? It was too close to be just a coincidence. I guess Nigel Levy is a fan (or friend) of Darren Aronofsky.
