Rating only 7.0 my opinion: underrated

I think this is a very good drama, the acting is superb, the story is also very great, cinematography is good and the atmosphere the movie creates is undoubtly at high level.

I gave the film 9/10. Ofcourse as for now there are only approx. 1500 votes, but I hope that eventually when more people see this film they recognize the beauty of it and give it a rating it deserves.

Purge is a very powerfull movie and I personally gave it full points. I have to see it again as I really don't know what people are disliking in the film. Maybe so many read the book first and thats why they are rating it low? Books are usually allways better than the movie.
