1/10 (could've been 0). Here's why:
Warning: PIRANHA 3DD was 70 minutes long, so 10 minutes of bloopers and credits were added to make it 80. Why? So it wouldn't feel too short and the audience wouldn't think that it's a cheap and poorly-made movie? Well... It is. It seems like the makers wanted to make a real exploitation b-movie and tried to hide it with the "it's tongue-in-cheek" excuse. Because there's a big difference between watching hot chicks in bikinis being killed by piranhas in strange ways and watching hot chicks in bikinis running while their boobs bounce. In 3D. Most of the jokes aren't funny (some of them made me wonder if they were jokes) and the editing and camera work are really bad. A lot of time is spent setting up a massacre without any suspense or fun and, when it finally happens, it ... just happens. There's nothing enjoyable or memorable about the climax. At the end, a newly-evolved piranha that can walk bites little DAVID's head off. That was supposed to be the same type of ending of PIRANHA 3D but, instead of a scary and darkly funny irony, it's a barely funny and cheaply shocking moment with no sense of closure.
