Pretty bad, but watchable

Seen everything at Redbox? Like Westerns? Not a terrible way to spend the evening.

The cast was good, except for the "Dr.Quinn-type" doctor. Not entirely her fault, the character was out of place to begin with. A doctor that helped only Indians? That was a woman? In 1880? That had overly-plucked eye-brows and tight-fitting leather pants? Come on. But, I guess she wrote the movie, so that explains that.

Could have used more action. Also, there is an unexplained random gun battle in the middle of the movie that makes no sense in the chronology of the story. But, the male characters were believable and fairly well acted. Also, the motives of the characters were well written and fleshed out.

5/10

That was some "rustic cabin" she was livin' in. I half expected to see a "dish" on the roof.

I felt the cast in this film was outstanding including Dr.Sarah apparently this movie won 16 awards at numerous film festivals that speaks for itself. It's funny people who know nothing about filmmaking can make such bold statements. I don't know maybe the one or two short films they worked on or PA jobs from commercials makes them an expert. Either way the hardware earned by this film speaks for itself!

This movie was very good. Especially the ending.

Could have been much better....but Michael Biehn is the only actor who "showed up"..aside from the handsome slender talkative Little Sky.
James Russo was good in State of Grace...but he not only plays himself in every role..but his stomach is enormous. He has been mailing it in for years and his performance in this American made film ,in California yet........was so bad that I do not have the appropriate adjective.
Finally,Peter Sherako{or whatever}was a key figure in the making of TOMBSTONE.
In this film,he must way 300 pounds! Get into character dammit...White Men during those times were razor thin.
The female doctor also loused it up.Take some acting lessons.
A Western film nut should stay with the 1940 to 1959 movies. Some of them are quite good.
