Went to one of his 'seminars'

This must be how he makes all his money. Out of sheer boredom plus the fact it was at a casino hotel, my wife and I attended one of his real estate learning seminars. Surprise, Scott doesnt appear at these, his "partner" does. Despite the fact that the speaker claims to live in Florida, he talks about how he and Scott hang out all the time together and do business deals constantly. The speaker then proceeds to tell us that we can attend Scotts 3 day workshop for only $2000!. Yes, $2000 dollars. My first guess is that Scott and company lend their name and likeness to this group for recognition. The major shock I got was the fact that several people signed up for the workshop.

After a break, I tried to leave but my wife talked me into staying for the second speaker, who also lives in another state, but sees and drives around with Scott all the time. The second speaker talked about buying tax liens. He did a pretty good job of explaining it, and he also wanted $1500 for web-based learning class.

Again, people signed up for this stuff. I, however went to the casino floor and made better use of my money.

I like guns, slasher movies, and more guns.

Were either of his "partners" named Armando???

I went to a seminar also. Nobody named Armando. The thing about taking the $2000 class is that they finance your flipping purchases at 1% interest and you can call 24/7 for help. So many people signed up at the seminar I went to, I wondered if there were enough houses where I live to support that many flippers. I didn't have $2000 anyway, so it made no difference.

LOL Armando, no that douche is in Texas.

Married to Armando? IN SCOT'S DREAMS! Literally, in Scot's dreams.

That's what I was thinking! I was listening to the radio in my car one day and there was a commercial talking about Armando and his company coming to town to give a seminar on flipping houses. At the very end, in really quiet voice, they say "Armando Montelongo may or may not be attending the seminar himself." Well then why go! I have read on IMDB that Armando was sued multiple times for selling really poorly fixed homes that should not have been inhabited. I'm sure anyone could buy a foreclosed home, hire a contractor or do some of the work themselves, and make a profit. You don't need to give someone thousands of dollars to tell you how to do that!
