What happened with the HUGE NATIONAL PROMOTION CONTEST to hire talent?

Remember when this project was called "The Great WTYT 960 Billboard Sitting Contest?"

Zeke launched a HUGE campaign asking people to submit tapes and music from all over the country. An entire web site was even created to host the contest where people were asked to upload audition videos. The "contest" was SUPPOSED to determine which [unknown] actors would be cast in the film.

It was all for naught apparently. In the end he cast the same old "Brown Carpet" actors like Eric Roberts.
