'Let's follow it'

Lol when Donna sees the ambulance drive by and starts running after it and says "let's follow it" haha wtf? Was she going to chase it the whole way by foot...? But what a shot of her....you know xD but her face looks exactly like my sister so I'm not sure what I should think...?
