Or, is this boring-as-heck? About 10 minutes into it and I'm ready to forget all about it. xD
These other two films, Grupo 7 (2012) and La isla mínima (2014) are, supposedly, part of a (Alberto Rodríguez) trilogy?.. Maybe if I watched 'em first?!
You should have given it more than 10 minutes. I would say at least 30 minutes to understand what the story was about. And the story was progressing until the end. It never stopped. I watched until the end and I gave it an 8, I didn't give it a 9 just for the reasons you mentioned above. It wasn't an easy movie to follow.
