Also, I don't think it's fair that he called her an idiot at the end. Because seeing how many spaceships they had, I don't think it would've made much difference if he couldn't have used his drone thing. And if it would've made a difference, then it's just as much the fault of the people who brought her in, because he'd have stayed locked up at the end (but then there wouldn't have been any film).
