Was it Irina or her sister? When Michael took Felix to Irina's, he said "go find your mother.", and he went straight to Irina. I'm confused.

Irena said something to the effect of "My sister always falls for stupid me like you." And then Elena comes out and they see each other. I think Irena just dotes on Felix like he was her own.
