this movie has such potential. But after the first trailer, it looks horrifically terrible. I am a big fan of Darren Lynn Bousman, he is somewhat of a personal inspiration, speaking that he grew up in the same area that I have and he graduated from the same high school that I am currently attending, and he pursued the same line of work that I am interested in. But this is just very disappointing. It's bad enough that he is directing this, let alone he wrote the screenplay. I'm sorry, but there is no possible way this movie could ever be good in my eyes. Especially when you compare it to Darren's masterpiece, "Repo! The Genetic Opera"... All I can do is put my face DEEP into my palm and sigh.

Just had the misfortune of watching this film, absolute rubbish, the only good point being its short running time.

I agree, it could have been decent but the shoddy storytelling throughout made the denouement seem rushed and incomplete.

anyone here that has seen it know what Sadie saw in the pictures? I imagine it was the devil in Samuel's face but I looked away for a second and it had passed.

i was wondering about that as well. i kept pause/rewinding it but still couldn't make anything out. for a minute i thought it was pictures of the future apocalypse in samuel's photographs or something but that makes about as much sense as the rest of the film. just... what a load of turdburger.

Yeah, I couldn't see what was in the photos either. They should have made that part easier to see.

Wait a minute, we all need to back up and address the part where OP says " Darren's masterpiece, Repo! The Genetic Opera". Because *beep* seriously? A MASTERPIECE?
