Can anyone explain the ending in detail? Please?

Ok just watched this. I'm not so clear about the ending though.

Could someone explain the ending in detail? I don't get it totally.

Like for instance:

Who was that woman? How did she always find him? Was she "sent" to find him? What was she burning the photos for? What was in the photos?

Was that man really even his brother? Why was he a miracle? Is he the antichrist?

And were the "messengers" good or bad? Were they angels or demons? I thought they were bad but at the end the brother said they were trying to warn him.
