This is gonna bomb and be buried by Rogue One
Sorry Aniston, time to hang it up.
shareSorry--it may be another lame comedy like Horrible Bosses, but it's got Jason Bateman at top billing, and, for some of us, that's good enough to merit a watch. Some of us are a little Star Warred out. Never underestimate the Power of Arrested Development fans!
shareHuge Bateman fan right here. Just not a fan of the others. I'm sure I'll see it eventually on redbox or something.
shareI work at a cinema and I can tell you right now that this is going to do badly at the box office.
shareThis would bomb and be buried as a mid-January release.
Last year "The Night Before" came out right before The Force Awakens and that still managed to double its budget.

Ho-hum. I think more people enjoyed more movies back in the day when there were no forums like IMDB (no Internet, period) and all the armchair filmmakers could only bore their immediate family and friends with their "expert" opinions about movies they just watched (or didn't watch and want to bash anyway just to make their noise). I wish we could go back to those days.
shareSo without imdb this movie would become a holiday classic beloved the world over like Christmas Vacation or Elf? Give me a break, Hollywood needs to be called out on the *beep* scripts, plots and overall concepts they are pumping out these days.

Are you involved in the making of this movie or something? Sounds like you are taking a person's opinion as a personal insult. Fact is the majority of people agree with my assessment as it has much more negative reviews than positive. You might hate some of my favorite movies and I'm not going to get all emotional about it. Grow up.
shareI'm sure it will, but this is, after all, a harmless Christmas movie.
Why are you here if you haven't seen the movie yet?
Usually when I see midnight movies on Thursdays the theater is nearly empty, but this movie had about twenty people in the theater last night when I saw it.
Less than forget. But more than begun.
