a 'real' modern spaghetti western?


Wow I can't wait for this to come out. Look at the cast - while there aren't any current "big names" per say, it has Brett Halsey, Dan Van Husen, and Michael Forest - all three were big star actors from the Italian Spaghetti Oaters of the late 60's! Also they even got Ted Rusoff to do a voice, and his voice popped up in a bunch of those too.

I find it very refreshing and exciting that such a low budget movie still managed to achieve this. It shows that the makers of the film really have a love and appreciation for the genre rather than just the cynical desire to make money.

oh God SCARLET WORM isn't going to be 3D as well is it? I heard that a bunch of post houses were bidding on performing the stereoscopic conversion but hopefully the producers stuck to their guns to keep this film all about the story and away from the gimmick.

I saw the trailer on YouTube and this film looks damn good. I'm really looking forward to seeing it.
