What's with early March releases of bad teen movies

2011: Take Me Home Tonight
2012: Project X
2013: 21 & Over

Each one performing worse than the year before...what gives?

Guns! Guns! Guns! Tigers play tonight...never miss a game!

I enjoyed Project X and 21 & Over.

Take Me Home Tonight was pretty bad.

I count six shots.
I count two guns!

Loved all 2 of them to be honest.

Alice is the worst character of all time, she need to die in the last movie. Chris/Jill are RE !!!

Lies. Project X made a lot of money. More than the other two combined.

But to answer your question, they put it out in early March because there's little competition. If they put it out now, it would obviously be crushed by summer blockbusters.
