Alright, I doubt I will get a reply to this any time soon, but here goes (SPOILERS):

What did the black guy who died in the end have to do with anything? I know he was "apart" of it, but I wasn't sure how. Something about selling drugs or something?

The chick who was pregnant. Did she eventually die and how? I know the long haired guy did something with the computers and made everyone who was still living die by the things on their heads (right?). Is this what happened to her?

How did the boyfriend escape in the end/not get killed by the thing on the back of his head? And what was his intentions by kidnapping the woman who lured them there in the first place? Just killing her?

Please no smart-a$$ remarks like, "Didn't you watch the movie?"

The black guy was a drug dealer, and he was the one who was selling the stuff that they were taking out of their braines.

The pregnant chick died, this is evident in the end, the lone surviver (her boyfriend) isnt seen saving her but instead leaves her there.

The guy with the long hair took it off and seemed fine, so i think it has to do with the fact they werent in the house anymore? That may be a plot hole however. And yes, because the woman had inadverently killed his girlfriend and his two best friemds?

The boyfriend took those pills in that big bottle and tried to give them to his friend, but it was too late. I'm guessing something to counteract whatever was in the second/full vials that the blond guy released to kill everyone. The boyfriend then got several dolphin tattoos in memory of Taylor because she had a dolphin tattoo on her stomach.

-Dad, who's that?
-Oh, that? One of my patients. He's...sick.
-Will he live?
-It's looking grim.

The boyfriend stabbed the long hair guy in the belly with a screwdriver his girlfriend gave him right before he got freed from the house. He then grabbed a bolt cutter to escape from the house.

Probably everyone in the house died after the long hair guy hit the button on the computer.

I would guess after what the boyfriend had been through, when he kidnapped the blonde hitchhiker, he probably brought her into the woods and tortured the living hell out of her.

What I don't get is why was the blonde hair chick still picking up guys with that excuse that she had run out of gas.

Surely the long-haired guy was dead, so why was she continuing with this torture thing?

Also, who was the older woman on the video?

The lady in the video was the person in charge of this pharmaceutical operation. The long haired guy and the gas can lady were just replaceable employees. The long haired guy was just there to facilitate the process and organize the captives to play along so they can acquire the chemicals they need. If he wasn't there, maybe the group would not have cooperated with each other.

The long haired guy said that was his 5th group... From all the pills we saw at the beginning, and the fact that they actually have dealers of the drug they make, I'd say there were actually more sets ups just like that one. So other long haired guys, other rooms loads of groups....

If I was the guy who survived, I would have taken that lady in the end to the room and offered her to the game.. She was obviously looking for more subjects, so when he turned up with her unconscious without any other subjects, they probably would have taken her...

The sole survivor watched his girlfriend die on the monitor near the door. He couldn't get her out anyway, so she was helpless...

I just don't know why the long haired guy fought with all the people who left the room and stabbed them to death when he had that function to kill them with a switch anyway.... They were all locked in... They would have waited for everyone to get out, then once all the vials were collected, flip the switch and their all dead...

I'd also assume that he tortured the living *beep* out of that blond hitchhiker. It's open to your own imagination how bad she's gonna get it. ;)
