In the credits it lists Maynard James Keenan as special agent Ford.. However I don't remember that character at all. Am I losing my mind or is he really not in the film?

No, I think you are right. He must have had an appearance in the movie that was later cut out. The only characters in the movie were the ones in the house, plus the woman who lured them there in the first place.

And also the gas station attendant and the woman on the TV screen. But he sure didn't play any of them !

I noticed a couple of characters in the cast list that I don't remember seeing in the movie and I know I watched it beginning to end. I bet they were in cut out scenes. It happens.

It was probably cut from the film, as others are saying. It's a pretty short film, so it wouldn't surprise me at all if scenes were cut.
