Lola versus Powerman

One of my favorite LP's ever. Kinks, about 1970, with Lola, Apeman, others. It's got nothing to do with the movie, evidently, but evidently the movie has nothing to it. Clearly, though, they would know the LP if they would use it in the title.

Exactly what I thought of as soon as I saw the title. They could've at least stuck a song in there, it's indie enough.

I agree. The Kinks' Lolva versus Powerman and The Moneyground has so many great songs. "Got To Be Free" would have fit especially nice.
