Correcting herself

Love the show but it annoys me that they have doc correct herself. Example- "the toys and I decided to come inside, oh I mean I decided to come inside"
Most kids refer to their toys like they are actually real so I don't see why Disney jr writers would make it seem odd that doc does that but then have her realize and change her sentence.

I noticed that too, and if she says something along those lines, people look at her like she's crazy. I'm pretty sure I pretended my toys could talk and referred to them as if they were people when I was that young. Nobody thought I was weird (that I know of lol)

I agree. When I was a kid I referred toy toys as being alive. I'm sure all kids did.

I used to do that with my teddy bear - and I'm 30.
