Innuendos
This show is loaded with sexual innuendos. The one that comes to mind right away is when Sir Kirby wants to make the princess part of his "knightly (nightly) duties", lol.

When they are visiting Florence Nightingale and helping her toys. The small tin soldier (or ship captain? I can't remember) says that he cannot get his arm up to salute anymore. Sir Kirby goes "it happens to the best of us"
