Llana is really the only one who changes clothes
shareWell, that's more or less a girl for you. I think we (females) all like some style of clothes to certain extents. And Ilana is trying to fit in.
Seriously, keeping up with continuity does make it difficult to do clothes changes. The (creative) team in a brave one.

I can't be the only one who finds it funny that Ilana changes clothes every day but Lance...doesn't? Haha. I'm reminded of my tween love for Lizzie McGuire, where there was a character named Larry who wore the exact same shirt for every episode.

Lance was a Corporal in the royal elite guard on Galaluna. Him always wearing the same thing is most likely an act of self-discipline and stoicism. It's already been shown how up-tight he is and I'm guessing his "uniform" is just another example of this.
On a related note: Lance's Manus armor may be unique on Earth, but it seems to be standard issue to the elite guard on Galaluna. (many could be flying in formation in the background of one of the scenes on Galaluna...in Ep. 3, I think)

As for Lance, him being a soldier of sorts, not having a wide variety of clothing is to be expected. And doesn't seem to want to fit in actually, just look at his room. lol
I really like this aspect of the show. Plus, Ilana's got a kickin sense of style. There isn't a thing I've seen her wear that I wouldn't want in real life.
