I don't know who he is, but it seems like it's been the same guy for as long as I can remember. It's a soothing and comfortable voice and, to me, is as much a part of the HHoF productions as the movie or commercial he's introducing.

Fight the FOCA
Jim Birdsall is the Hallmark Hall of Fame voice and has been so since 1988. Wow..23 years, no wonder he is the only voice most of us have heard during these movies! He's a Kansas City actor who also does announcing for CNBC news casts and promo's. He's also the father of the well known jazz singer Megan Birdsall and his wife used to be a singer too.
