Saw it

Sweet movie. I enjoyed it. The Betty White storyline was much better than the Jennifer Love Hewitt storyline, but that's probably what everyone was expecting. :-)

Great movie! I know! I was upset he wasn't listed in the cast. The only reason I knew his name is Sean Faris was because I watched another movie with him in it a couple months ago. Seems to me that he was listed at the bottom of the cast list on IMDb for that movie even though he had an important part in it. Shame he isn't more known.

Loved the movie!! I was soo excited to see Sean Faris! (I actually didn't know his name until this board, but I knew him from "Life as We Know It" with Kelly Osbourne and his short stint on "Vampire Diaries".)

From everything I've seen of him, I think this is one of his better roles; very well done! Very upset that he's not listed in the cast! I'd love to see more of him that's credited to him!

I also cried at the end. I restarted the movie again and Sean Faris is listed at the beginning as well as Betty White and Jennifer Love Hewitt. they're not listed at the end either.

I loved ththis movie. I think I cried in at least 3 different spots in the end of the movie. First, when the Filipino was telling the story of what happened to the husband, how he died because he made them take the kid instead of him. Then, when the soldiers came to the door and said the body had been found and all the medals the husband was awarded. Then when they were bringing the casket into the train station and she was clinging to the casket crying.
I love many Hallmark movies, they are so beautifully done. This film is no exception. I absolutely loved it.

Oh, by the way did anybody else recognize Emily Newton from Beethoven in the commercial from 1990?
