Is this anything like Dabangg?

I loved Dabangg. I was wondering if this movie is anything like it? The cover for the movie makes it look like a romantic comedy. Then I watched the trailer and it made the movie look like it was a mix of action/fight scenes and romance, like most Bollywood movies I've seen.
