Davey Deals from Pawn Stars and Kount's Customs owns a food truck?

On the second to last episode Joan and Melissa have a food truck they are selling blue matzo balls. One of their rivals looks to be the same guy called Davey Deals that is a recurring character on Kount's Kustoms and Pawn Stars. The odd part is those 2 shows are in Las Vegas and Joan and Melissa is in Malibu/LA area. Pretty sure it is the same guy as they looked the same and he was the same whiny loser. Oh and his name just so happened to be Dave as well.
