For everyone that has seen the boo-coo re-runs of Reba, they will remember the episode where Barbara Jean (Melissa Petermen) has a thing for her church preacher. She nicknames him Reverend Yummy Pants. Her boss on this show is the same guy.

Also the trailer for this show was deceptive. It implied that Reba would be on this weeks show but its actually next weeks show that she is going to be on. I think it would have been a better episode if Reba had been in this first episode.
