First off I'd like to say this was one of the most unsettling films i've ever watched, I didnt like it at all, the death scenes were pretty horrific, I mean I can deal with body gore but the "realistic" deaths like this are really sickening, it was just generally really horrible movie in the sense that the subject matter and how it was all played out really disturbed me. Also the damn ringing every time her dad was around drove me crazy!

Anyway, what the hell was that thing with the huge head that molly walked too at the end?

Depending on your perspective, the thing at the end was either a hallucination by a psychotic heroin addict, the malevolent ghost of Molly's father transformed by her terror into a monster, or the demon Orobas who had possessed first Molly's father and then Molly herself.

Okay, as you may have seen in my post I might have missed a few things - but where did you by the specific demons name? Where in the movie does it mention that?

I can't remember hearing a name. But "Orobos" is a demon that has a horse head and lower body of a horse. Just look his name up. It would make sense I suppose that the demon is Orobos or at least a demon that has horse body parts since in the movie there is a scene about horses. Just my thought!

I took it as it was her father as the demon. The being had a horse head and a human body, just like how Molly had pasted the horse pictures over her father's face in the photo album.

Yes, Orobas. Even the symbol was shown near the beginning of the movie when she is wandering around underground.

I saw a heavily edited version, I just saw her walk out into the cold, I thought maybe she walked out to freeze to death or something.
