Speculation on where the movie will premiere

The movie is expected to be done post-production by march april. So im wondering where the movie will premiere first. Also what role does rachel Mcadams play, and same as Charlotte Gainsbourgh. Im excited to see this movie, im hoping it will recive critical acclaim. Will be a beautiful art house film
