Spike Lee has been producing a ton of great films by up-and-coming filmmakers. Pariah. Evolution of a Criminal. Cronies (which came out at Sundance this year). He has an eye for new voices.

Can't wait to see The Girl is in Trouble - which looks like a noir take on night life in New York City. Cool trailer. Interesting cast (never imagined Jesse Spencer or Wilmer Valderrama could play such gritty characters). Looks like a fun time.
