'I dont trust the police'

Are you kidding me? You have video footage one your phone of that guy killing that next guy and you still dont trust to go to the police? I get that his dad is really rich and powerful but again you have VIDEO footage, evidence! And you still dont go to the police? More than that, you have a phone and your first impulse is to record the murder and NOT call the police??

I stumbled on this film by chance and did not pay much attention to it especially after the guy sees the murder video. Maybe I missed something, but I cant understand how in the hell she did not go to the police.
