So...Ghostbusters

All Ive been hearing about recently is how people are sick and tired of lazy reboots and remakes. Ghostbusters being the centre of this criticism for many...Then when something genuinely original comes along, something interesting and thought provoking, we tear it down. Snowpiercer didn't even get a theatrical release in the UK and these message boards are just full of moaning about details. I understand that it wasn't perfect but it was cool much better than the current rubbish we so often get today.

Sometimes I think the average movie goer doesn't deserve the kind of quality they claim to want. Just give them another mindless reboot and watch them hand over their money again and again.

This movie should be on the shame-board of screenwriters. Perfect example of what not to do, or how to have your audience hate you.

Snowpiercer got limited theatrical release here. I got to see it on the big screen & am glad I did. I really liked it. It was unsettling & interesting. I loved everyone in it, even though my initial reason for wanting to see it was Chris Evans. 😍

I can understand that people nitpick it or think it's dumb or whatever, but I liked it. There are movies I myself will nitpick over plot holes or whether it's believable, but this isn't one of them.

I mean, people like those American Pie movies & I think they're stupid, boring crap. But hey, to each their own, right?
