What's with the voice acting???
Seriously, almost everyone sounds blunt and emotionless... See, dragon age: origins had it right, you don't need big hollywood names, you just need PROFESSIONAL VOICE ACTORS, remember how amazing they sounded, completely in character and blending in with the general atmosphere of the game? Obsidian instead chose to use movie actors and sitcom stars that didn't have any experience in the specific field. Now don't get me wrong, I love Zachary Levi (aka Chuck Bartowski) and I stand in rock-star awe of Danny Trejo, but they really sucked in NV...
There are exceptions of course, Ron Pearlman is always there, like the fallout universe overseer. Wayne Newton is a worthy successor to three dog and is amazing to listen to throughout the mojave and of course there's always mr house and victor and a few other names but in general... not pleased!
On a sidenote Matthew Perry was really good but could have done better, sounds a bit blunt sometimes. Kris Kristofferson has the potential to become a great vg voice actor now that he's gotten on in years, just like Lance Henriksen.
