Stephen William Altman gravestone & Production Designer

At around 59 minutes, just after Steve's funeral, Andrew is filming gravestones when Matt approaches. The gravestone filmed was for "Stephen William Altman", which just happens to be the full name of the Production Designer.

Was this just the Production Designer and/or his crew having a laugh with the set they built, or something else? From what I can tell, the real Stephen Altman is still very much alive!
