Had its moments, but not enough of them...

This was a slow film, with a noticeably low budget: bad acting, very few zombies, poor CGI headshots. The main characters somehow knew exactly how many zombies were standing in the woods surrounding the warehouse, which eliminated much of the suspense and fear of the unknown, made more so by the fact that only 6 or 7 zombies were in their vicinity. That the phenomenon was contained and caused by a medium-sized explosion also eliminated the sense of isolation that most zombie movies have; help was always only a few miles away.

One zombie talked, which was weird, and the guy who played Scott was a terrible actor.

Skip this one.
