I wait for the zombie movie to stary, 10mins, 30mins, THE END .... it NEVER starts.

The movie = some low paid actor + sniper-like rifle, who never leaves his home and a few misc actors, some helicopters flying over for a few seconds, ahhh, hills, some token zombies, a semi hot chick for 2 mins, ummm, trees, sniper-like rifle more, the end.

Very clever.

Regarding the "some low paid actor" and "a few misc actors" lines, you should realize that horror movies tend to pick unknown actors and actresses to create a horrifying atmosphere. Recognizable names are too distracting in these sort of movies.
