Arm Amputated?

In the documentary Joyce claims that in the dog attack she had her arm amputated below the elbow AND lost three fingers. She says she can't move her arm (her right). In the following 'scenes' in which she describes her joy with the cloned pups she gesticulates wildly with her right arm and makes finger motions with all 5 intact fingers on her right hand. Is there any question that she has troubles with reality?
