how is is possible for her to rape him?

Abducted? Probably.

Restrained? Maybe.

Apparently she had help.

But raped and repeatedly raped? Maybe, but there is enough room for reasonable doubt.

They could have nailed her on kidnapping or confinement charges.

Tabloid. The title says it all. It's about how the Tabloids latched out on this story. You have to admit, she gave them a lot of material for a good story.

Pretty good Errol Morris film. Worth viewing.

As others have said, they forgot to ask her one question, how did you pay for all of this?

Not as good as "Fog of War." Not even close That film was outstanding.

If he said no, it was rape, regardless of if he had an erection.

reply

Thanks for saying that! So many ppl just don't understand.

reply

Yes, the people who "just don't understand" are called "men." But what would they know about the subject? In fact, unless it was anal or oral sex, she could not have raped him if he was no aroused.

reply

Being aroused is not the same thing as consenting to sex. Lots of things arouse a married man for example. The fact that he's aroused however does not mean you can chain him to a bed and rape him.

FWIW lots of women who are raped actually orgasm during the rape. This is well known. It does not mean the woman consented or enjoyed the rape. At times, the body responds to physical contact.

reply

While it sounds impossible, men can have an erection/ejaculation when raped, in a similar way that women can. The numbers are modest, but it does occur - partly due to the body's defense mechanism to expedite injury reduction.

Sexual stimulation or response does NOT lessen the horrific nature of the rape and the damage it ultimately does to the victim, both physically and mentally. In fact, an unwanted orgasm, via sexual assault, can create deep guilt and confusion for a victim that doesn't understand the physiological complexities as to why it happened when they despised every moment of being victimized.

Here's a good article explaining scientifically why it sometimes happens:

Erections can happen for a number of reasons. I.e., a couple of my friends were messing with our gay friend by poking him in the no-no zone. It became erect but not because he was sexually aroused. Most, if not all men wake up with erections because blood flows to the penis during the REM sleep cycle.

But, ultimately, if he did NOT consent to the sex then it is rape--even if an erection occurs.

Take your sexist bull and gtfo.
