So I am watching this episode after finishing series. And we find out Wilfred has a clone. But the thing that doesn't make sense is the green hippo. How can Wilfred know this if he is in Ryans head? Especially since he confirmed green hippo exists with the clone Wilfred care taker. Could he have imagined her as well? Any thoughts?

at first, I was scared, I thought they screwed up the story with that hippo, but as you've said, Ryan probably bought is, and made himself forget about it.

shareHe's either just in Ryan's head or he's a deity that lives as a dog. If he lived as a dog then it's possible he was a puppy in that house with that hippo toy.
