WAY too many f-bombs!

Between this one & the sequel....if I had a dollar for every f-bomb I could retire.

Why do filmmakers think this adds realism to a film?

It makes it sound like utter trash.

I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
Didn't he discover America?
Penfold, shush.

It DOES add realism. Everyday regular people swear and drop f-bombs constantly...

So an asylum that constantly changes its layout so that it can trap anyone inside it as well as the ghosts and demons up in there are all good, but a few f-bombs is where it gets unrealistic?

Are you a 5 year old?

I don't really mind swearing in films, in fact, I didn't even notice there was a lot of swearing, but I'll take your word for it.

I think people in that situation would be swearing a lot, though. So doesn't that make it more realistic?

Agree. I could care less about swearing in films but this was excessive to the point of being a little distracting. Pretty good for found footage horror, but the characters were beyond a little annoying with the constant *beep* bombs.

I see a lot of people saying 'I could care less' do you not mean 'I couldn't care less' as the former would mean that you COULD care less?!
I don't mean anything bad by asking this, maybe it's an American thing as we (UK) have a similar saying 'I couldn't care less'

There were way too many f-bombs in both movies. Especially the black guy with his swearing and over the top acting became obnoxious after a while and I wanted him gone as soon as possible. Thankfully the ghosts agreed with me. 😊
