Ditch The Girl
I honestly believe the film would have been more fun without the girl. I loved TC, Houston and Lance characters. Sad to see them go before she did.

It'd be nice to see a horror flick where it was the guy sobbing and screaming and the girl who holds it together to try and get them out.... LOL

I was actually going to suggest 'Aliens'... Hudson's constant screaming would've matched equally to hers... But he's entertaining as hell

shareI agree. that stereotype gets annoying. the original hitcher movie from 86 had a strong female and the guy was a wimp until the end. can't think of too many movies like that though. but yeah, I would like to see it more often.

to be fair, she was getting attacked a lot. had her hair pulled, "Hello" carved on her back, grabbed again by a ghost, her friend went crazy and committed suicide, then something was causing her to bleed out internally. her acting and character were proportionate to the situation.
shareTC was horrible. He should have stayed at his job being a pimp. I was happy to see him go to hell 1st!
